Booking policy
To ensure a pleasant experience for all our visitors and efficient management of our accommodations, we invite you to review our booking policy.
Booking
A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment has been made and the booking confirmation has been sent to the client.
The client is responsible for verifying the details of their booking, including the dates, the number of people, the chosen accommodation and the check-in and check-out times.
Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking in order to guarantee it. The balance is payable 48 hours before arrival.
Modifying a booking
Any request to change dates, number of people or accommodation must be made by phone. We will be happy to modify the booking if the calendar allows it.
A change of dates may result in a price difference depending on the new period chosen. The applicable rate will be the one in effect at the time of the modification.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the client:
- More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit may be refunded, minus an administrative fee of 4%.
- 30 days or less before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.
- 14 days or less before arrival: no refund will be granted for a cancellation or a shortened stay.
Please note: cancellation conditions may vary depending on certain promotions, special offers or booking platforms. The conditions indicated at the time of booking prevail.
Leaving before the end of the stay
No refund will be granted for a late arrival, an early departure or a shortened stay after arrival.
