The goal was to create a true resort estate offering chalet rentals in \u2014 an exceptional natural environment, along with numerous services and activities \u2014 for the whole family.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  1. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    1996<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    The story of the Domaine des Montagnais begins in 1996, when the municipality of Val-Racine put up for sale a piece of land of 50 acres<\/strong> to create a tourism project there. Among the proposals received, Luc Morin\u2019s was selected<\/strong>. His goal: to create an estate with chalets, services and activities for the whole family, in the heart of an exceptional natural environment.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  2. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    1997<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    In 1997<\/strong>, this vision came to life with the construction of the very first chalet, Le Lutin<\/strong>, marking the beginning of a great adventure.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  3. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    1999<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    In 1999<\/strong>, two more chalets were added to the site, along with new recreational facilities: a pool, a children\u2019s playground and a volleyball court.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  4. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Over the years<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    The Domaine continued its development with the acquisition of three other large adjacent lots. This expansion made it possible to add 13 new rental chalets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  5. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Today<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    After more than thirteen years of operation, Luc Morin chose to pass on the Domaine, leaving behind a legacy filled with passion, challenges and unforgettable memories. Today, we are proud to carry on this story<\/strong> and above all, we want to preserve the spirit imagined at its beginnings: a gathering place where people come to unwind, share good times and fully enjoy the beauty of our region.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t
